Joining the Nines
Joining as a rowing club member requires payment of a one-off joining fee of £25 and thereafter monthly subscriptions are payable by standing order. We require all club rowers to be members of British Rowing – annual adult (senior) membership is currently £46.

An annual “Company” membership is available for £25 to those who wish to attend social events, receive newsletters and so on, but do not want to row. This is popular with families and friends of active rowers. Life membership of the Company is also available – contact us for details.
The rowing club is affiliated to British Rowing, the Eastern Rowing Council and the Cambridgeshire Rowing Association.
All activities comply with the British Rowing Water Safety Code and therefore all prospective members must be able to prove their ability to swim. Personal insurance is the responsibility of the member or guardian. Company property and third party insurance is carried out by the Company but could be invalidated by misuse. All use of equipment and entries to events are at the discretion of the Club Captain.
If you eventually decide to start rowing competitively, you will need to think about buying some club kit.

To join the club please fill in an application form and return the first page to the men’s or women’s squad Captains and the standing order page to your bank.
